An end of project evaluation of a project titled: Strengthening the capacity of 15 health facilities and communities in five most affected regions of Cameroon to adequately respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.January 2022
A midterm evaluation of the Cameroon Clubfoot Care project funded by the Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM). ★ October 2019 – Present:
Capacity building, monitoring and the provision of technical assistance to 52 Community Based Organizations (CBOs and NGOs) involved in the fight against HIV. HePrOrg serves as a technical assistance (TA) partner who monitors, validates reports, organizes performance review meetings and provides TA for improvement in CBO activities. 
2021 and Older
Some projects completed in 2021 and older★ July - August 2021
Successfully conducted a comprehensive health system evaluation of the capacity of the health system of L’Eglise Fraternelle Luthérienne du Cameroun (EFLC) to support Ministry of health (MOH) and provide quality services to the populations of the Extreme North of Cameroon. Specific objectives of the evaluation included;
I. Evaluate and draw summary conclusions on the capacity of each health facility in terms of infrastructure, equipment, competence of people, drug management, quality of health service provided to the population.
II. Evaluate the documentation of services offered in the standard tools of the Ministry of Health.
III. Assess the need for or even the importance of the health facility in the locality.
IV. Assess the existence of other health facilities in the region, their use of services, and the level of collaboration with EFLC facilities.
V. Assess the availability of medical and non-medical services in different health facilities.
VI. Assess the financial situation of each health facility and see if it could be financed based on its monthly income and expenses.
VII. Use the results of the various evaluations to identify key gaps and establish an improvement plan for each of the five health facilities.
VIII. Assess the leadership and coordination capacity of the EFLC health system and its sustainability in the absence of external technical support.
IX. Propose results-based recommendations and an action plan to strengthen the EFLC health services both internalNovember 2020
HePrOrg conducted an assessment of the screening tool supporting the design of data collection tools, training of data collectors, data entry/analysis and reporting.
The aim was to assess the level of use of the tool, its acceptability, and effectiveness in picking out those eligible for HIV testing. Specific objectives included;
I. Design data collection tools that aligns with the objectives and methods of the assessment
II. Train data collectors on the data collection tools and the methods of data collection
III. Design data entry software and ensure the quality of data entered
IV. Analyze the data collected and prepare a report of the activity

Term Evaluation of the Local Capacity Initiative Project. This evaluation focused on successes, challenges and recommendations and lessons learnt from the implementation of LCI project activities in ten health districts in Northwest and Southwest Regions by a team of external evaluators.
Key Evaluation questions were;
I. Was the project implementation consistent with the laid down design?
II. Were the project activities being implemented on time?
III. If activities have been implemented according to plan, were they still relevant?
IV. How cost effective is the project? Are they cheaper but more effective alternatives to implementing the project activities?
V. Is the project sustainable?
VI. To what extent were the project objectives attained?
VII. What were the challenges involved in the implementation of the project activities? For key challenges identified, how can they be circumvented?
VIII. What was the impact of the project?
March 2018
A Mid-term evaluation of a 5-year Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/PEPFAR funded project implemented in the Center and Littoral regions of Cameroon.
The aim of the evaluation was to reflect on past activities implemented, accomplishments and challenges and plan for the remaining 2.5 years of the project.
This evaluation generated findings that informed the project team and funders on strategies effectively implemented, those yielding desired results and adjustments the project team had to do before the end of the project to ensure achievement of project objectives.

End-of-Term Evaluation of HIV Free NW and SW Regions Project.
The end of project evaluation was done to reflect on accomplishments and challenges of
the 5 years of the project to assess the implementation and accomplishments of the HIV Free award as well as to make recommendations on future adjustments.
Specific Objectives were;
I. To assess compliance in the project implementation, compared to designed approach.
II. To assess the relevance of the activities implemented
III. To assess the extent of attainment of the project’s targets, comparing with baseline
IV. To assess the support provided by CBCHS to sites and the districts
V. To identify the successes/accomplishments and the limiting/challenging factors to the realization of the project’s targets
VI. To Document the present state of activities in the field, which can serve as reference for future
implementers.
